Aussie 350f cafe /rebuild

Shes a freebee so 1st thing, get her up an running then take it from there,after sitting for 16/17 years [not always in a shed]this is Gunna be a challenge, heres a pic or 2

before I joined this site I never really heard of soda Blasting,so I thought I would make a sandblasting cab{I know I'm not the first} and have a crack at the carbs...WOW it works great..,anyway I feel I'm making a start on the  3 Fiddy Its gunna be slow but IL get there.
