I paid $125 for my tank cleaning/lining at the local radiator shop.

Money well spent in my mind.

Here is the funny part..

One day Funjimmy came to visit, and we were looking at a mockup frame & telling stories..
And I told him that I had tried the 400F  tank, and it looked pretty good...and then I showed him.

We both agreed it looked pretty good on there,  fits the stock 750 mounts and has gobs of clearance where it needs it.. needs a minor mod at the back, not a biggie..

So he said I would not sell it, and I got to thinking,
anything that makes my bike look that much different (specially for that $ amount), and fits  that easily.. I am better off keeping...  ;D

It seems a lot of people here are held back by $ on projects.
Is this contagious or do most of us have too many projects?

Heh.

Most of us have about 5 dollars to our names.

Then there's those of us that make EVERYTHING a project. I have all my bikes plus a truck 2 cars and a boat. Oh cannot forget my home as well. Factor in bills and necessities, like oil, filters, and what not (food is overrated) and there isn't enough $$ nor time in the day to get everything done.

I'm the type of person that would do that, if need be. That's probably why I still don't have a seat.

Did you see the new Batman movie with the Joker?

That line when the Joker is talking to Two Face... "I'm like a dog chasing cars... why, I wouldn't even know what to do with one if I caught it!!"

That's me. Everything I touch becomes a freaking project. I can't stop. I can't. When ever I am idle for too long I make bad decisions so I just stay as busy as possible.
