CB350K4 carb question
« on: June 26, 2009, 10:12:23 AM »
(also posted in hondatwins.com, but I thought someone here might be able to help too)
I bought a K&L carb rebuild kit for my bike. The kit came with some extra bits and was missing a jet for ? Does anyone know what the mystery jet is? In my carbs, there was a little rubber stopper blocking the Pilot jet. I'm confused.

Secondary main jet.
Its the one you change when re-jetting.(always makes mid range run rich)

Thanks PJ. Any idea why there's a stopper in the pilot jet?

Simple,(sort of) its so it has no effect at higher rpm.
Total fuel is metered by main jets, its fed from primary main.
I posted on Honda twins as well, just in case you didnt check there.
