Here's a link that will answer some questions. Seems that they ARE going to produce the model that Kenny Dreer attempted. 8)

I agree. That was the SE and they are supposed to build 200 of those at first, at least and are also supposed to build a standard Commando (that they should have included info and photos of as well.
If I locate anything else, I'll be sure and post ASAP. I like the look of the Commando as well. Bet it will roll on quite well too! 8)

So scunny, ya gonna run down and snatch one up? Ha! Ha!
Probably have a nice price tag on it too. Still in all, I may not be able to get one, but it's nice to know that they will be available for some to get. ;)  I mean there are quite a few vehicles in the road that I couldn't swing, but I like the fact that they are OUT there. 8)

Be sure and let me know when you spot one over there, okay? :)

                             Take care, Bill ;)

unfortunately I'll have to wait for one to be wrecked before my bank balance will tolerate the price tag, as you say tho it is good to see the name out there again

From their website:
Quote
Where can I get the bike serviced?
All sales and servicing will take place at the Norton factory based at Donington Park.  A free of charge collection and return service will be available to all UK Commando 961 SE purchasers, this enables us to directly look after our customers with a professional service centre whilst not inconveniencing our customers.

Wow. Talk about taking care of your customers.
Can't wait for them to franchise over into the US. I'm starting to look around at replacing my bike and one of those commandos just might make the short list if I don't have to cross the pond to get one.

They're going to do a Manx replica too - badged a 500cc 30M so they don't get into problems with the owners of teh Manx copyright. Problem is it's the same cost at £25,000 plus tax! :o

That SE is pure motorcycle porn.
