No problem on the HD. We're all on two wheels.
The main thing is the huge photo-op of as many of us as possible.
Maybe it could lead to a 'Club'.
Like, not a rocker wearing 1% club (LOL) but, there are ~25 of us!
Just think, with our exploits and ride reports, we'd be the envy of SOHC'ers everywhere!

Hopefully several more will pipe up between now and then.
Looking forward to a great ride and friends the 25th!

Mike

Well, it's certainly not the first time I've succumbed to peer pressure, and I doubt it'll be the last....

I'm in.

where's Paul's shop?

435 NE 18th, between glisan and irving. know where doc brown's is? it's about two blocks from there. there is a parking lot on the north side of the building (there's a smaller one on the south as well), where we can all park. if anyone needs air or chain lube or whatever, just show up a little early.

Nice job treetrimmer!
Regarding carb sync's, it just so happens that I posted just such an offer for my services a few weeks ago :
http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php?topic=53236.0

The offer still stands, however, I'll be out of town 'till tues. next week.
P.M. me then and we'll arrange a time.

eosmontana: Glad to hear you're, um, a defintite maybe LOL! No pressure 8)

whodareswins: sorry to hear of your injury, all the best with your recovery. We'll make sure to get plenty of pics

That makes ~17 in so far, only 11 to go!

The '09 Portland ride starts at Paul's parking lot for pics at 11 am Sat., July 25th.
Then a ride through the west hills via The Rock Creek Tavern.
And then, (if there is interest for those so inclined (everyone's invited), a party and BBQ at my place
(Skyline back to Scholl's Ferry hang a left at the Dublin pub and you're there).

For those of you that are interested in the party aspect,
let me know so I can get a headcount. I will supply burgers and dogs.
There is a nearby corner store for your refreshment needs!

Let's keep the ball rolling to get everyone on board!

Mike

Sweet! We might have some live entertainment as well.
The apartments I'm in are really nice with pool/clubhouse/hot tub
and a beautiful grassy commons area.
Gonna' be a great time.

Borkunit had a good idea for a chase truck (I will keep all chides to myself LOL).
I've got it covered. My '95 GMC ('ole blue) will be along with for the ride.
I don't have ramps but three people can just pick one up and toss it in there.
One to steady and two to heave!
