Hello from Northern California Bay Area
« on: July 10, 2009, 07:14:28 PM »
Hello from California.  Enjoyed building, and racing, CB750s in the 70s back in the day. Got out of motorcycles around 1980 and recently took the hobby up again now that I am semi-retired.

Currently have a stock 1971 CB750 K1, and rebuliding several SOHC CB400Fs and a CB350F.  Look forward to diving into the technical information here at sohc4.net.

Thank you for setting up this website for reference!  Rick

Thanx for the response Brian.  Where would I post photos of the rebuilders?

Thanx, Rick

Thanx Scott.  It's good riding weather about 9 - 10 months a year, the other two months it's too wet, too cold, too foggy or any combination of those.  What type of bike are you riding?  Hope to have some photos of my CB400F projects soon.

My current ride (lost my CB750 in the divorce some years back needed money, and kicking my self for letting it go.) is a 1976 CB550 F Super Sport. Just really getting it up and running.

Here it is..

Hi there from California, Newbie as well here.  Looking at a 350F to pick up.  It was my first bike.  Would love to have/ride a 400F, but the 350 is available... so.....

Interested in your project, skypilot.  I am not too far from you...
