need torque specs for head nuts

does anyone have the torque specs for a cb550 head? I know the order I just don't know how tight to go.

thanks , I eventually found it in the Hayes book. But I snapped one of the 6mm bolts
the one on the carb side. Which means I have to take the head off again to get it out! it must have been week since it snapped before I reach the torque setting for it.
