I bought the motor while in Phoenix. Around the same time i was given a 1980 CB750 C rolling chassis. I brought the motor back to PA and then bought a parts bike for the chassis and other bits. I'm lucky enough to work alongside a great mechanic and CB500 enthusiast. HE was kind enough to turn me onto a 555 big bore kit he had around. Sent the cylinders away to Advanced Sleeve and started to strip the parts bike.

I see that some people have checked out my build and i hope you guys got to see the pictures. I'm not as good as some of guys at documenting all the things that it takes to put a motorcycle together.  Managed to get the little fella "road worthy" in time for a two wheel tuesday event in philly. I think it was a great hit. Apparently a dealer tag is a great thing to have access to.  Open Mac in the city is LOUD (hadn't built a muffler bracket yet), and apparently when filling the hole in the case that the starter motor usually goes in with a cork is okay. Just make sure it doesn't rattle out.   (see Pabst can)*


  
Okay. Now that i've figured out how to post pics I guess i cold say a bit more about the Bike.
The front end, wheels, lower tree, brake and caliper are all from a 1981 CB750 C.
The motor is a bored and decked 555cc up from 500cc.
EK 530 gold o-ring chain.
Susuki Katana Coils
Progressive, Front and Rear
Triumph Daytona Throttle Tube and grips
Custom Updated Wiring Harness
Custom Fibreglass Seat
Custom Alum. fiddly bits.
Kickstart Only!




oh and you get a lot of, "is that comfortable" , when your seat has no pad yet
