Topic: My 350f project

In 1985 I bought a '73 CB350f.
I rode it until I purchased a '79 CBX (I still have both.)
The 350 has since been sitting on my bike lift for quite a while and I thought now would be a good time to do some "tinkering"
I would like to convert it to a cafe racer and would like to get some pointers on how to proceed.
the biggest thing I would like to do is replace the MAC exhaust with something old skool like an RC-166 (open baffles)
I also need the main jets and pilot jets for the carbs because after sitting for sooo long they are shot. (yes I used stable in the tank years ago)
If someone could point me in the right direction for parts and info that would be great!!!

Hey, welcome.  I've got a '72 CB350F cafe' I've been "tinkering" with since the early '80's.

For carb parts, go with Honda for float needle-valve sets and other brass parts, and either Honda or Kester for the O-rings and gaskets.  Don't use Kesters brass pieces: the brass is too soft in my opinion.  Here's where I get carb parts: http://www.z1enterprises.com/default.aspx

You sure the jets are shot and not just gummed up? A thurough cleaning with the right chemicals can do wonders on gummy jets.

nope....gummed up solid
It had sat since '89 and even after cleaning the carbs
I boiled the jets but didn't get anywhere.
Any other suggestions?
