« on: September 12, 2009, 09:44:03 PM »
Alright i searched and didnt come up with anything. When i am going from a stop in 1st gear when i hit about 3000rpm to 3500rpms it pops out of gear and only does this in 1st gear. and sometimes when trying to shift into 1st gear it rattles its ass off but only sometimes lol. any help? im think the forks maybe and i checked the spring behind the left side plate looks good. so yup any advice would be great

could be bent shift fork OR more likely a worn/chipped dog on the gear
Of all God's creatures there is only one that cannot be made the slave of the lash. That one is the cat. If man could be crossed with the cat it would improve man, but it would deteriorate the cat.
