kickstand length????

Can anyone tell me the length of a 750 kickstand from mounting hole to end of foot that hits ground? I need a little longer kickstand on my 550, something around 9 inches.

There are some aftermarket longer ones out there. I have a chrome one that was on an extended fork bike. The guy that owned my K0 welded a crescent wrench handle on the bottom of the sidestand. :o

Not to be a pain, but can someone throw a tape on their stand and take a measurement? Thanks
