I'd also like a bacon spray that I can spritz on any other food to make it taste like bacon. It should be called "I Can't Believe it's not Bacon!", and Fabio will be the spokesperson.

Before my metabolism started catching up to me, I would get home after track practice in HS and fix myself a package of bacon, eating it as I cooked it...mmm. Then follow that with a big pasta dinner.

I like my bacon cooked but not crispy. I like it chewy kinda like jerky. Allows you to chew on it longer and really savor the taste!

For me, A little crunch, but not charred... Lately I've been on a sandwich kick and bacon finds its way onto nearly all of them. right now i've got a roast beef, bacon, swiss, and cream cheese sandwich.

BLT's are good, though mine end up being BT's not so big into lettuce... Bacon also makes a grilled cheese sandwich amazing!

you can always add cheese! bacon grilled cheese, I'm tellin ya if you haven't had one you haven't lived. btw instead of buttering the bread a just give it a quick dip in the leftover bacon grease!

That really depends if it's going in with another food or if it's on the menu solo.

Crispy bacon in a sandwich depends on the sandwich, crumble bacon into some cole slaw sometime! I could go for a vat of that right now.....

I had a grilled Bacon, cheese tomato, and mushroom sandwich at my favorite tavern last night...WITH a glass of Spaten Oktoberfest...now there's an awesome combo.

Oh and I did ask for extra bacon, so it fits this thread lol.

my step-daughter went to the fair this evening and brought me an order of the chocolate covered bacon. i dont know if i'll ever want to eat bacon again after that experience

no, it was so effin' awful every time i think about bacon all i can taste is that chocolate covered stuff. it was truly awful

Well then, fire up a pound of the good stuff (bacon that is) and wash it down with one tall cold beer after another.
I'm off to the kitchen I think I'm gonna try a bacon/mac&cheese/mushrooms/habienero type thing, I'll report back later.
