1/3lb Tillamook sharp cheddar
2 lbs THICK peppered bacon (probably 4-5mm. i'll pull out my calipers to verify..
) for the weave
1 lb diced and cooked for the middle layer
hot butt dry rub and a sweet/spicy glaze.

2lbs sweet italian sausage
2 lbs Thick hickory bacon for the weave
1lb hickory for the middle layer.
all glazed and layered with a 50/50 mix of honey/hickory bbq sauce.
both smoked in hickory/apple chips, many cold beers, sittin on my a$$ gettin fat, and watching World Cup. its gonna be a gooooood weekend!
