Some of you may have already seen this but I found a good article on rebuilding the check valves in accelerator pumps over at www.hondachopper.com:

That chopper website has a wealth of information on it.
Many of those forum members have extensive experience going way back.

I found a solution to my jetting for velocity stacks on that forum.
Many of those choppers ran velocity stacks so that problem was resolved.
