Paul, do you mean adjust the lowering blocks?

I'm thinking I should go ahead and order these 11" thingys...just to try them out-$80. is not that much for saving my noggin!  Also, the hand fatigue is significantly improved with the lowering blocks...so another inch or two down in back would make that just that much better.  And if it felt squirley, I'll just take them off and switch back to the ones you "donated!"

No riding for me Friday/Saturday  ....  DANG 62-64 degrees!
Then the next weekend out of town, and then out again end of January.

Thank you both for b-day greetings- DH took me out and surprised me with.....

A BLING-BLING!!!!

Yep, a real-honest to gosh Diamond!

He's pretty good with "trinkets" -(gold jewelry) and "Baubles" (stones and gold jewelry).....but a BLING-BLING is very, very rare!!!  It goes into a ring I have that has a fake bling-bling...wow-I'm speachless!

He's a keeper for sure!!

"Diamonds are a girl's best friend"

Happy birthday Linda. You have made clear that, even when you are a biker, you are still a woman. I don't think any of the men around here would have get thrilled if they receive a diamond ring -and I mean a man's diamond ring-. I personally don't wear any other jewelry than my wedding ring; jewelry and wrenching don't match well...

When we got married I gave her a tiny-lousy-diamond ring, and she gave me a gold-plated watch. She has much better rings now, and I have many better watches, but nothing can surpass those two gifts we exchanged when we were just too young and the only thing we had were our University degrees...

Ahhh, I'm feeling old. Time to open my toolbox!!!
;-)

Steve, thanks for promising photos.  I'm one of those people that is very "visual" guess that's why I enjoyed selling houses! (they are certainly visual!)

And yes, Diamonds are ALWAYS a girls best friend!  When DH and I married, I gave HIM the big bling-bling ring-I worked at Zales Jewelers and had bought a man's ring just to take the bling-blings out and put into a ring for me (got a good deal!) so...for past 26 years...he's had the bling-blings!  He wears it like a wedding ring...and that's fine with me.  If there is one man on the planet I can depend upon to NEVER stray, this one is it!  Amazing how neat life is with the right person!

So...this bling-bling was a REAL surprise!  And I'm getting it put into the ring Monday or Tuesday, so it will really be nice to have it.  gotto get it insured!

Waiting for photos!

Linda
