Where can I get a new OEM or Repro CB750K1 Airbox?
« on: January 01, 2010, 10:10:14 PM »
G'Day Guys, a mate of mine is restoring his K1 and is not compuker savvy, but needs a new airbox for his K1. I checked LPM plastics and Yamiya and they both do K0 airboxes, but apparently not K1? If anyone here knows where I might find one, or alternatively, has one laying around gathering dust, let me know? Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

"Crazy is a very misunderstood term, it's a fine line that some of us can lean over and still keep our balance" (thanks RB550Four)

Terry,

I don't know the interchangability factor but this could be 1/2 of what you're looking for. Hope this helps at least 50%. He's VERY proud of his NOS stuff however.

Have a great New Year buddy.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

Terry, I bought one some time ago for spares but can't remember whether it was a K1 (no breather tube) or the later model (with breather tube)

If you don't find another let me know.

Ooops, now I realize you are looking for a new one, mine is used.

Anyway, the offer is still valid.
