My name is ORION J and I have joined this forum because it has helped me so much just as a guest that i needed more, like a junkie.  My project is a 78 cb550k, 55,xxx miles.  I paid $300 for it off Craigslist, saw one picture and went for it.  I look forward to posting my build pictures if I can salvage them off my old desk top, if not it will be  "joining our regularly scheduled program already in progress" kind of thing. Well im glad to have such a wealth of information at my fingertips, hope i can offer some things i have learned as well.  ORION J

Welcome to the SOHC forum. Im a past owner of a 76 CB550 it was a great bike. Wish I still had it. I now have a 76 CB750 parked in my garage.
