A molded frame is one in which all the welded seams have been smoothed with filler and sanded smooth.  It looks like the frame sections flow into each other.  This was all the rage in the 60s and 70s on choppers.

all frame welds and joints are ground flush or slightly low, then filled and glazed.  When done right there is just a continuous flow to the frame with no visible welds.  Very sweet custom touch.

i like that 500, i'd ride it proudly. for around here thats not really a bad price. i sold just a frame from a 750f and got 450 for it and the guy was happy to pay it too

So it's the bike with an engine plus 3 more engines?

I don't like the paint job, but with all the extra bits the price isn't terrible.

Bucky, I'm a guessin that was a titled frame eh. Nice wheelin n dealin skills brother!
Saw a frame for somewhere in NC yesterday for 100 $ no way I'd ever thought a frame alone would go for that.
I didnt see it had 2 engines with it . Sounds better thata way , still a bit of room for talking easy though.

it was a titled 75 750f frame. no swingarm, no front end, just the bare frame.

one of my instructors at AMI told me that they also used to use JBWeld to mold frames. Stripe told me it was alot more durable than using bondo or another filler like that.
