I have a 76cb550 and have purchased a 750 replica fuel tank for it. The new tank extends much further back than the original and I need some way to elevate and protect the tank from the frame. I have seen pictures of frames with rubber supports but I can't seem to find them. I attempted to use 3/4'' inch fuel line which I cut and put around the frame but it's just not going to work. If anyone has any idea what I'm talking about please let me know where I can find these bumpers or what I can make them out of. Thanks a bunch!
