Are your fingers kind of bluish?   Sounds like blood is blocked to that side.
Are you taking any blood thinners?

It's strange that it would effect a hand and a foot.  Are you having any other circulation issues?  Checked your pulses?  I would take a hot shower or bath to see if you can rewarm them.  And then definitely go in if they don't warm up.

Hand and foot on the same side?

Baring iron deficiency (which hits both sides usually), reynaulds (which is way more prominent in women) or medicines you've started taking recently (check the side effects encyclopedia that came with them)...

I'd bet the bank that it's your neck:(

about what i figured. all the meds i'm on i've been on a minimum of 2 years now, with 1 17 years straight. my gp and neurologist get to both see me on the 24th. all the numbness and pain have been on the right side. hand, arm, shoulder, neck.

Jeff, I can't really add anything except, I'm praying that you get in to see somebody and find out what is going on. You take care of yourself and (as you can, of course) keep us posted. :-\

Bingo.  Reynaulds is fairly unlikely and circulation just doesn't make any sense...

I believe in chiropractors but in this case, with nerve damage, spinal fractures and symptoms like this, I wouldn't go anywhere near a chiro. That is really not what they are for.
