I think that Ivanitsky45 might be working with one of the two very small Phillips screws down inside the tubular carb slide.
If this is the case, you do indeed have a delicate surgery ahead. An impact driver is a wonderful tool but you need to find some rare mini attachments for that small screw, and support the screw from below so the impact blow doesn't wreck the slide.
You could drill the Phillips head off, and your drill may eat into the plate below the screw, but delicate execution will minimize this.
I just did two racks of CB350F carbs and all the small Phillips screws were very tight, and their fastening probably goes right back to day one in Japan. Good luck. Don
