Hi -
I recently purchased my second SOHC Honda - a 1973 CB350 Four. It has a broken upper triple clamp, and since I have to replace it, I thought I may as well mill off the handlebar clamp as seen elsewhere here and put on some clip ons.
Is it a bad idea to move the forks up through the upper clamp just enough to put the clip ons on top, or is it easy enough to move the headlight bracketry down and put the clip ons underneath? I like the idea of on top, just for the slightly higher position.
Also, is there a good source for shorter clutch/throttle cables?
