I have a question to throw out to this eclectic bunch, are you people all frustrated fighter pilots that can only afford motorcycles instead of the real thing ?

my opinion
we all have our thrill in life
some people can do things other people won't even think of doing
been in a fighter trainer flown by a diabolical spawn from hell
but he would not take one step on my boat
go figure

Yes I also believe that. I sort of gravitate to high risk adventures. Motorcycle riding, ice hockey (hey at my age it's risky), mountain biking, and being a transport nurse. The last one allows me to pretend to fly a helicopter when in the front seat next to the real pilots. All of our pilots that we fly with are ex military (marines, army, and navy. One of our pilots still land with the left side doors toward the site as he is on the right side. Used to be that is where the 50cal gun was.

I wasn't a fighter pilot, but crewed2 (the F4C PhantomII and the F106A Delta Dart) while in the Air Force. Enjoyed it to the MAX! 8) ;)

Now, I "Crew" AND "Fly" (sort of) a GTX, a CBX, and so on. ;D

i spend ALOT more time on motorcycles since giving up horses. a motorcycle never broke my neck and back.
