Of all God's creatures there is only one that cannot be made the slave of the lash. That one is the cat. If man could be crossed with the cat it would improve man, but it would deteriorate the cat.

I'm just outside of Concord and have been watching this on craigslist.  Some of the bikes are 40+ years old with only a couple of hundred miles on them.  If I had the cheddar I'd pick one up.

I'd heard of Simplex, seen them and rode some, but NEVER saw that model. That one looks more like the Mustang, which was kinda between a Cushman scooter and a motorcycle.

They have a Tiger Cub I would buy in a New York Minute IF it had a title.  The NC DMV is part Spanish Inquisition part Vogon (Hitchiker's Guide) type Beurocracy, and I am not fighting that fight ever again!!!!

Back in the 50/60/70's almost everyone made a type of scooter/motorcycle.

There are all kinds of names on tanks that even the most read historians have yet to find.

I have an Eagle tank.... never heard of it... neither has anyone else. But there it is... STAMPED into the metal.

They are everywhere. Literally.

Bill, it is a MUSTANG in that pic..

Havoc, can you post a pic of said tank?

Cushman made an eagle model, there was also american eagle bikes, actually used for a while by Evel Knievel..

Maybe I am just wired different, but I find a lot of new bikes weird, and most of the old stuff seems pretty normal to me... ;D

I like how there are "period" cheesy mods to the 350.  The mini apes, the HUGE back pad.  Maybe I should put my running original no cheesy mods, 350f in a museum.....
nah way too much fun to ride!
