I'd like a higher quality sound clip of the exhaust, youtube always seems to be so garbled anymore.  Idle, revving, and under load/at speed would be nice.

I doubt they are very restrictive, but they are very poorly designed.
I properly set up header with equal length pipes into a pair of collectors will work much better.

What honda heads are those?  They are not B, D, H, F, ZC (SOHC or DOHC), or K.  My guess is that they are 80s or 90s CBR heads and not from a Car.
