That is so sick!!!! What type of clay are you using and do you use the clay as the plug to make the moulde?

First off, nice build.

Second, how is the 612 for the cafe/vintage scene?  Born and raised there, been gone for about 14 years now, when I left I was still rockin' the 'Gixxer.  I plan on riding my '75 CB550 super sport back some time this summer.  It's closer to stock and better for the long haul.

Any way, subscribed.

Thanks...it will be a plaster 2piece mold top and bottom. so im leaning toward making a few cones to sell specific to the 550.

Its really picking up. I saw a lot come out to the WOI (Wheels Of Italy) last summer. Alot going on in the NE part of town for sure. Stop in to the First Thursdays just on the outskirts of Uptown and and you will see alot o cafes...and the Bearded Lady is a good show next to the 331 club in North East July 24...You will see even more there.

oops... i see you had a 2 part question and I only answered half of it. The clay is an automotive styling clay called "Chavant" there are alternatives to this but its a great product.

I thought i would take a pick for you. Its a 2.25" 48 led kit from custom dynamics.com. I chose it because of the besel will match the headlight besel...and there are no exposed screws either. should provide a really clean look.

very nice, i like!!  while i do like my light a lot, i've considered going to a twin light setup with two LED pods like this.  twin "filament" plug and play i assume?

check out customdynamics.com im sure they will have a size to fit your needs... I think they only deal with LED lighting. the filament "bulb" style im not too sure about.

i chose the wrong verbage.  i meant dual intensity, not dual filament.  but i found the product on their website, looks like they have one with a built in turn signal too, very nice!
