Shock adjustment tool
« on: May 06, 2010, 05:06:15 AM »
Can someone post a pic of the stock shock adjustment tool?

The shocks on my CB500 are in two different positions. I have a couple of those cheap, stamped tools that come with aftermarket shocks, but they just slip on the factory Honda shocks.

I use a plumber's strap wrench, no nicks, slips, etc.
We'll all be someone else's PO some day.

You can turn those things by hand too if you don't have a tool around.  Just pull up on the spring and spring perch and twist.  It is surprisingly easy.
