MOLD IS READY......

So i took some pics of the top section process but the photo card crapped out WTF!... so i documented the bottom section for the plaster mold. Couldnt wait to share progress so im dropping in these pics now... ill open it up Monday and see what we have going on.

Sorry im not sure i understand the question totaly but ill give it a shot. Its a two piece mold that i will make the part from internaly so i will apply the fiber glass to the inside of the mold...hope the following pics help. Drop me a line if i didnt answer your question.

This is very interesting.  I've always wondered how someone could make a really cool and high-quality seat the do-it-yourself style.

HMMMMMM well see...i may have to look into manufacturing attachment components and such. I am strongly considering it though as a limited run. also I am working on a plug to remove the tail light hump so someone can french in  there own light...ill keep you posted

sounds good!  if the light would fit a Carpy tail light, i could be interested.  i have my own airtech now, but it all depends on if this is the look i REALLY want or not!!  either way, GREAT piece

Do you have a template for the Carpy tail light? If so i can answer that question for you pretty quick.
