I like the "gills" on the cowl...

I am glad things fit well. Sometimes I am worried about the designer client telephone game causing problems but it worked out well this time.

Yeah, you did a great job. All the guys at work keep telling me to "stop f@cking with it", but I am just making it my own. I gots to customize stuff. Cant just take something out of a box and put it on..right? You are going to love the leather that I have in mind for it. I am going to be working with a leather designer handbag maker (he used to be into cars ::)) should be very interesting.

Just tried to hammer out the louvers a bit more. Anyone have suggestions on how to do this better than with a body hammer?

Hey frankie be carefull with those my friend had them (maybe not the exact same ones) and they broke from the cheap casting first time she went ridding... She weighs all of 90lbs wet.

And don't feel to bad my girl asked me what I was doing at all hours of the night in the garage and I told her I had a 35yo black mistress that was born in japan and she really screamed when I played with her bits.... She wasn't amused  ;D

So here is a wheel that is for sale. It is the stock CB550 wheel/bearings  with decent tire. The discs are from a 97 YZF600R and I have the calipers that will go with them. I had machined the aluminum brackets so everything just bolts together. Buyer get everything pictured. This would be a good winter project for that cafe racer. You will need some fab skills and tinker to get everything how it needs. I had made spacers for the discs to match up with my ZX12R forks. Get at me if interested. How about $150? I might have the brake lever and res also.

Made myself some new alloy stuffs. Fins are a work in progress. The exhaust collars weigh 75 grams opposed to the stock 250 grams. I havent tried them out to see if they melt yet . :o
