KSC Direct Order

Does anyone know how quick KSC Direct is with shipping? I ordered a couple Diamond chains from them on Monday night and besides the order confirmation email, I haven't heard anything from them. I can check the order status and it just says "hasn't shipped." I was hoping to get them soon.
