COURT RE-INTERPRETS DUI RULES
«

The court system finally gets it right. I hope other states follow suit or other people use this as a defense.
I really hate people who drink and drive. I and my girl friend almost got killed by a drunk driver when he ran a stop sign and hit us on my motorcycle.
Sleeping it off in your car is way better than trying to drive home.

On one note: I only agree with this if the driver has the key's in his or her's pocket not in the ignition and was proven
that they didn't drive away from the scene where they got drunk.

Good, hopefully other courts will follow suit and eventually cops will stop going after people for the grievous crime of sleeping in their cars instead of making themselves a danger on the road.
