Here's one that briefly appeared over Obama's head.   Few noticed that there was no light coming from it and needed an external light source just to see it.
But, in keeping with his platform of change, there is now a far dimmer one in its place.  An entire nation now shares the light shed by it.  In fact, many say the the whole administration is "delighted".

Here's one that briefly appeared over Obama's head.
Could be worse; John McCain's filament burnt out years ago, as evidenced by his past, and present performance as our AZ Senator, and I suspect Sarah Palin was born sans any filament at all. Not to mention that George was always a bit of a dim bulb. ;)

You see, leave a couple of yanks alone in a room with just a light bulb to play with and they start getting all political. ;D ;D ;D

Actually, I never would have thought a light bulb discussion could have turned into a political one. The most political light bulb joke I recall was "How many Californians does it take to change a light bulb? Four. One to change the bulb, and three to share the experience."

You forgot the two it takes to decide if they should legislate what type of bulb you're allowed to have to be environmentally sound.
