Topic: 1977 CB750k Carb Kit

I am looking for a carb kit for a 77' CB750K. Does anyone know where to get one and why is it so hard to find them? I find them up to 76' then nothing for 77/78 but they have 79'+.

Anyways, just picked up this bike yesterday for $200.00. It runs at idle but dies as soon as I touch the throttle. I am going to tear the carbs apart and clean them but I thought if I could find a kit I would purchase it and put it in since I will have them torn apart anyways.

Nice find for 200 bucks!  Honda still sells carb gaskets and the accell pump - they are more than aftermarket kits but sometimes you get what you pay for.  If you don't have a good dealership near you this is an option for OEM:

Keyster kits are all over ebay (but I can't say anything nice about these)

Most often, you won't need to replace the jets or needle and seats, just clean everything and replace gaskets.

i bought the oem gaskets as my internals were fine besides gaskets.
