15 min? is that the candy over the base? usually you have to clear the base within 24 hrs. 15 minutes would really suck if you were trying to do stripes. i guess you would have to clear, stripe, clear again.

sounds like a pain. it takes 15 minutes to clean a gun.

In the late 70's maybe early 80's I worked for a sign company, and somehow we aquired a good sized box of honda paint..they were in little tiny cans... and what I did back then was lay down a metallic basecoat and go over that with the semi translucent honda colors usually took a couple of cans.  Always turned out pretty good
