I'm considering picking up another bike because it's hard to ride a big pile of CB550 parts and, between the time I have to work on it and my general luck, my bike's likely to stay in that state for a good while. Lately I've been interested in the FZRs. I'm mainly looking at the late 89-98 600's. I wouldn't mind a 400 but they're rare and expensive and would probably be wasted on me anyway. I like the look of older crotch-rocket type bikes in general and I want 4 cylinders. The FZR's aren't that rare and can be found for around $1500 with 10-20k on them. Anyone have any experience with these? How reliable are they? Should I try to find one with ~10k miles or are they generally good through 30k?
