Will this swingarm fit my cb750k2?

Measurements given were;
'swingarm is 231mm across the bearings the pin diameter is 13mm, total length is 526mm, 255mm across the wheel mounting (inside measurment) 285 across the shock mounting (outside measure)wheel spindle dia is 20mm
