I'm guessing photo shop.
Check out where the third pipe in on both sides connects to the head and the valve cover above them. Don't look right.

+2 on photoshop. I noticed the points cover on both sides too. That third pipe in gives a little hint as well. Seems like the guy who shopped it couldn't get the images lined up all that well and got as close as he could before calling it done. May be wrong but it certainly doesn't look true.

That is absolutely photo shopped. With all the points made here plus the fact that everything is an exact match including the angle of the spark plug wires.

Photoshoped for sure, look at the #3 and #8 pipes clamp flanges and valve adjusting caps.
