Topic: Question for Mac 4in1 owners

Does the Mac 4-1 use the stock inner pipejoint/clamp? I lossed one and don't want to buy a whole set if I don't have to. I am still waiting to hear back from Mac.

It's been a while since I have owned a MAC exhaust (and will keep going that way with any luck), but I don't think they use those clamps if I remember right. Any current owners out there that can confirm??

I just installed one on my project and the Mac did not use the old clamps



I bought it because it was cheap and it functions fine but I do not like the sound- even the wife said it sounded funny.  I did a search on here last night and saw some threads where some had debaffled or cut down or some other mod but was not swayed to try it myself.  After looking through a few more threads a member recommended an Emgo muffler (muffler) that would fit the header pipe that had a better sound.  I saved the link on my other computer but if you do a search you should find the link if you're interested.

Just bought a new 4 into 1 muffler and they sent me the header spacers too. Mine is a 1977cb750 what is the diameter  of yours?
