hi guys,

here you can see the stator inside the rotor.
It only just fits inside the fairing.

The cover is next in line.
This will also be a one of a kind.

Any updates?

I like what I see so far.

Would like to learn more details about exactly how the exhaust pipe fits into the exhaust port. I know it's held tight against the head with springs, but why not use the original flange that was on the pipe?
220...221, whatever it takes.

Hi there KOS,

I've modyfied the exhaust pipe because of our expirience in racing with a 250 Honda.
For removing the exhaust after every training and race it is much easier to just remove the springs.

And now that 1 tread of M8 is almost gone in the cilinderhead I wanted to mount the flange for ones and for all.
It doesn't matter howmany times the exhaust must be removed the tread will always be oke.

This way, if any exhaust must be removed I only need to pull 2 springs and it's gone.
If all four exhausts must be removed only 8 springs and 2 bolts have to be removed.

I've used the original flange to fit in the exhaust port. I've just cut them of the exhaustpipes.
Then a double flange was made to fit on both sides over the original pipe.

the lose double flanges

Is this what you asked?

Regards

As the generator is under construction I picked up the carburator's for cleaning.
And the frontbrake is also finished for use.

But the generator is one step further.
these are the parts needed for consturction

Hi there,

A lot of work has been done on te generator-parts.
It´s all millimeter-work but it had to be done so it all fits inside.

Here you see the parts apart.

And here you will see the next job to be done.

I love seeing parts (bike) being made.... very inspirational -  beautiful work.   Can't wait to see what's next. ;D

thanks Jerry,

next step is to make a form in the cover.
This is how it's now.

Hope it will fit inside the fairing.
