That exhaust looks awesome. It I could only find one that lets you keep the center stand..

Actually No. I don't...Are you referring to the originals or to my DIY's? I gotta ask my dad if he wants the originals. He gets first dibs on all my parts, but I don't think he needs 'em.

Meh... I'm slapping some rear wheel race stand bushings on it somewhere...maybe where the rear pegs went and using that instead for when its at home. I only use the kick stand when riding anyway.

Unfortunately, Its not quite ready. The carb holders are loose...need to get new rubber and clips. Electrical still isn't done yet and front brake needs refinishing and rebuilding. Other than that I'm pretty much done now. Setting up the oil cooling lines & fuel lines this week too.

Its purdy enough to where I could "fake it" if it was a BOTM, but fat chance of that...LOL!

It looks great mate and I like your instrument panel too. One question though, does your USB adapter clear your gas tank on full lock? Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Nope.. Doesn't. I ditched it and now the ignition key goes there which Does clear it. I mounted the USB where the Stock Ignition bracket normally is. Tucked out of immediate view.

Echaust turned out nice...Just a "mock up" with the tank and seat.  Mentioned it before, but looking for a good race stand that is long enough to reach the rear footpeg mounts since thats where I'm putting the bushings for the lift. Also clears the exhaust to the inside on the right that way.

I've been lazy ...need to reset my foot pegs correctly and I've just been avoiding it. They are such a pain to get off and on.

Holding off on the fuel lines til I mount the carbs properly.

Before (1st one is not my picture, but the exact year and paint I started with):

The New seat IS my Old seat..LOL. I had Nate at: http://www.vinyl-lux.com/ Do it for me. The almost immaculate seat cover was traded to another forum member for a stock front fork brace I ended up not using...(Obviously went a different route.)

Nate does great work and has tons of examples of different seats on his website. Mine was done over the stock seat pan.

Looking good.

Is there a baffle in that pipe? How loud are we talking?

I love the Yoshi look but I'm afraid of being crazy loud...

Yep there is a baffle, though I understand its not the most sound reducing there is. There was someone else on the forum who swapped it out. Where I live there are a lot of Harley riders who  go out in packs and apparently pride themselves on the enormous noise they make so I'm likely leaving mine as is. How else will they know I'm about to pass them up until I have?
