I've got some. So should I apply threadlocker before installing in the block? I don't see any mention of it in the instructions.

This is from Precision Machining Inc.
Clean the threaded case holes with solvent and blow clear, dip the stud threads in oil, bottom the studs in the case then torque to 8 ft/lbs max.
