proper chemists are the only place you can buy cold medicines here,and a drivers license is required and your details get printed on the packet,this is to stop home labs making other stuff out of them.,i guess your then on a data base to see how much you buy.

We're free to buy from places that don't want to scan our DL's if we want to.  Some people are acting like Target is the only place you can buy beer and spray paint.

To those asking "what if you don't have a driver's license?", if you don't have either a driver's license or a state I.D. card, there are a lot of things you aren't going to be able to do besides just buy beer and paint.
