Tank, most auto rims (including spoked versions) are offset to the inside. 15" rims used to be used on early chops but I haven't seen any of these wheels available for a long time. Perhaps early (1930's) Ford are centered.

You'd probably be better off asking at www.hondachopper.com or at the Jockey Journal. By all means, let us know what you find out.

How about this hub.  Build your own.

Remember, you also have to mount a brake in addition to the sprocket or belt.

ET wheels has a cool 10 spoke mag that is real reasonable and 15 inch.
I would be interested in doing the machining to make one work on a 750.. think I am not too far away from you. Radir make a front in an 18 that is similar but I think 12 spoke and a lot more money.
The ET would look good on a chopper, could maybe run brake & sprocket on one side.

Maybe it's time do a single sided swingarm/solid rear end?

That way you can use a stub shaft and unit bearing from a car. Use a lightened non-vented auto rotor, and mount the sprocket on the body of the CV housing.

An offset car rim should work ok.  just use spacers to center it in the swringarm, put your sprocket on the "flat" side of the rim and then set your caliper and rotor "inside" of the recessed side of the rim.  Actually a rim with a large offset may work better as you would be able to completely bury your caliper and rotor.  Check out Cragar rims.  They make a steel series of rims called Soft Eights in a large variety of sizes.  They are just basic steel wheels but they are cheap and you could experiment with them.

I would bolt your sprocket and caliper to a solid piece of round metal welded to the rim.

Good luck figuring out wheel bearings!

Monocoque Racing wheels come in 16 inch and are halves bolted together, any offset you want. I  built a wheel in the 80s uding their wheel halves.

if you googled "swedish chopper" you'd find lots of examples.
This project started in confusion and will end in disarray.

A lot of drag bikes use "car tires" check dragbike.com to see how they are doing it!
