I have a sinking feeling that you are refering to my K1 pictures.
At the time, I had 2 nos left ones, so I used them until I found an nos right one.

But, it is a very common mistake because the jewels come in a left and a right part number.
Beyond that, your 71 is BEAUTIFUL, especially the anodizing.

The K0's - Sandcasts have an issue with their wings also pointing in a certain direction and I thought someone told me there are 2 color variations on those as well

I have two right handed amber emblems... anyone want to trade?  Mine do not have posts but otherwise look good.  GreenJeans sent me 3M double sticky tape he recommended for emblems.

The wing in the sorta triangle below the "750Four" script, should be flying forwards, not backwards. If you don't know which is which, forward would be the foremost, leading tip of the wing should be to the front.  Details. The kinda stuff that leaves one sleeping on the couch.

Well you should know that everyone you meet and everyone you pass on the street will be looking at your emblems to see if they are properly oriented. That's the price you pay. I hope you've learned something from all of this. I certainly have enjoyed it.
