I'm planning to change the original headlight bracket with a new one so I've to remove the original, did I need to take the fork out for do that?cause I've take out the bridge fork top but seem like it's hold on the lower part of the stem steering..it will be nice ifit will came out without removing everything.. any tips?

Look at the lower tree at the ear - you'll probably see it goes through a notch in the ear.   :(

Resist the urge to ham hand it (by cuting the ears) and pull the fork tubes - you ears look to be in fair shape and are worth a couple of bucks to someone.   ;)
It is a proven fact that modifying a SOHC Honda in any way will bring on the apocalypse.
