Hi There
Got a small problem whilst rebuilding my 750K4 engine
seem to have a part gone missing. Its according to the parts book
Plate,Starting Gear Setting  part no 28109-300-000
Fits on the end of the Starter Reduction Gear Shaft.
Tried David Silver--Discontinued
Would appreciate anyones help.

Thanks for the info but the guy will only ship within USA and Im in England
So has anyone out there got the part I need or would anyone know the size of the part so as to make one?
It seems like its just a spacer but could be wrong.
Anyway any information gratefully received

If you can come up with a picture of this part I may have one. I have an old 73 750 engine thats locked up. I'm just not sure what the part is your looking for.

It's the same part # on ALL CB750's from 70-78. I just removed mine, I can  get some measurements if all else fails.

Being a thrust washer it is designed to take some bearing load. It appears to be more than just tin, it is quite hardened and appears to be almost made of spring steel. As many members have eliminated the electric start all together I would imagine that someone has got one or more of these just laying around.
