CB500 and CB550 Wheels the same?

Im selling a set of wheels off my 550. http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php?topic=82000.0
Somebody wants to know if they will fit their 500. I thought they were the same but dont want to sell them to him unless i know for a fact. Can somebody confirm this? It is a 19 front 16 rear.

stock sizes would be 19 front 18 rear.... but they should work fine on a 500. the only thing id be worried about is the rear brake, but it looks identical to my 500 (from your pics) and my front wheel is from a 550.

Are you asking about the wheel assembly?  The Rims or the hubs?  The spacers are different between F and K model.
19" front and 18" rear.

Im selling the whole wheel. Rim and hub. The guy wants to know if he buys them if they will slip right onto his 500. My bike is a K

550K up to 76 yes 77/78 NO

Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).
