Comstars wont fit unless you have the forks, discs, calipers etc 125 has a puny drum brake---have you realy got a death wish?

u should just re-spoke yours and clean up the rims and hub.
You can get spokes for $29 per wheel.

here they are on mine, all i did was replace the bearings and brush and sand a little on the hubs and just cleaned up the rims.

I've got a pretty nice front wheel for a 750 that I'd let go for a fair price. Whatever that is.

It needs polished up but has not much rust.

Quick question(even after reading lots of posts)  My 77 750 has a 17 inch rear and I want to re-lace to an 18 inch rear.  I like the symmetry of similar sized front and rear wheel tire and rim combos.  Besides the buchman(sp?) spokes and rims is there another less expensive option for rear spokes and rim?  The rims are getting powder coated.  Thanks.  Sorry for the half hijack.

+1  on the Buchanan spokes being pricey. I would like to know where STAINLESS (CB750 supply are cadmium coated steel, aka won't last forever) spokes can be found for less. And to not hijack your thread....You should re-spoke your wheels, different sized wheels on a bike means it will handle differently (not always better)...and most of the time...the factory wheels are a certain size...for a reason.

The O.D of the 17 inch wheel plus tire should be pretty similar to a lower profile/width 18 inch wheel and tire combo so Im not too worried about ill effects in relation to handling.  Still need to find rim and spokes though!
