750 primary tensioner Q and rear rim Q

After bolt removal, should tensioner lift out? This one, is turning, and sort of tight.
What are basic differences in KO rear rim, is it more rounded or square edge, is the Did logo sunken or raised?

Yes the tensioner should just lift out after you remove the one bolt.
There's a locating pin on the underside of the mounting bracket, that goes into the case. That may be what's hanging it up.
Try pulling while twisting slightly in both directions.
Can't say about the rim.
