Cafe 550 done now a Harris MAgnum
« on: March 13, 2011, 04:13:16 AM »
Just finished a Cafe Racer see below so now onward with the Harris

heres the Harris on day one a none runner with a VFR single sided swingarm.

I didnt like the back end, so decided to get shut & fit a Harris Back end with 1200 Bandit wheel etc

the fabrication looked very agricultural such a shame on a chassis of such pedigree

Thanks to rusty nuts i got a Bandit wheel disc caliper etc

here it is with a trial fit to swing arm

and on with the right swingarm

next job round to my mates eddies to make up all the spacers required, then scallopp out the tank sides & maybe a GSXR front end

this is what im aiming it to look like when done but no fairing

Keep you posted Cheers Andy
ps- is the motor a Katana ? its 1000cc 1980
